These are the proposed bylaw changes that were introduced and read at the April 2025 membership meeting. This is only one section, as the plan is to overhaul all by-laws in stages. There will be dedicated time at the May 2025 membership meeting to open the floor to discussion for any opposition, comments, or suggested change. Please make sure you read the attached document, and if you would like to comment, attend the May 3, 2025 meeting at noon. Thank you.

v Pool hours 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please read pool rules.
v Propane is $3.75 a gallon
v Ice is $3.00 a bag
v ATV sticker price is $30
v Store hours are 10:00am -6:00pm Sun-Sat. If the sign says closed during these hours the caretakers are down in the park working. You may seek them out if needed.
v Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 9:00am. Please be courteous to your fellow campers.
v Need a new card? Call Melissa Dahlstrom. They are $20 per card.

About:
Wynoochee Wildwood rests on the Wynoochee River in Montesano Washington. The privately owned campground is secured by gates allowing member and guest entry only. Hired caretakers maintain park grounds including: a recreation lodge, community park and restrooms in 7 convenient locations around the park. Public access to the river provides quick access to fishing, swimming and stress-free river float adventures.

RECREATION LODGE
Sitting at the top of the property is a recreation lodge which boasts many amenities to further the fun. The hall space is also available to rent for private events.

The swimming pool is generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check the pool status indicator above.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OWN A MEMBERSHIP?
Property prices vary depending on size and location within the park in addition to current marketing conditions. In addition to the purchase price of your property, the park has annual dues of $565.
DOES THE PARK SELL OR PROVIDE ANY BASIC SERVICES?
Yes! The park sells: Firewood, propane and ice in addition to other basic items. Also available at no additional charge are garbage and debris sites.
